As the SEC enabled HTML filings with graphics and hyperlinks, EDGARizer® launched with full support, quickly becoming the industry standard for EDGAR document preparation.
EDGARforms.com™ Created
Launched the first web-based, self-filing solution for Section 16 forms (Forms 3, 4 & 5) filed directly to SEC EDGAR. A category-defining product.
XBRL Pioneer
Launched EDGARizerX™, an early XBRL filing solution built as part of the SEC’s voluntary XBRL program. Among the first to prepare and file XBRL documents with SEC EDGAR, and an active participant in the XBRL.us steering committee, helping shape the standard.
